Work-Life-Education Balance for Nursing Students

I would like to acknowledge the pivotal role that instructors play in their students' academic success. My own experience highlights how essential their support was in overcoming challenges during my degree. As I look to the future, my goal is to offer similar encouragement to the next generation. I aim to motivate them to venture beyond their comfort zones while providing a supportive environment where they can seek guidance and thrive in their educational pursuits.

Mission

This time management project focuses on supporting online, adult, undergraduate nursing students in achieving a work-life-education balance. By providing practical strategies and resources, the initiative aims to motivate and engage this unique learner population. The project emphasizes the importance of effective time management, helping students manage their responsibilities while excelling in their academic pursuits. Ultimately, the goal is to foster a supportive learning environment that empowers students to succeed both personally and professionally.

Vision

The time management project is designed to enhance student engagement with theoretical and contemporary concepts of work-life balance. Through a student-centered approach, it promotes peer learning and collaboration via discussions and organized assignments. Students utilize research to refine their work-life-education balance, reflecting on their experiences through journals. Ultimately, they apply their learning to set SMART goals, demonstrating their ability to manage time effectively and achieve a harmonious balance between their academic and personal lives.
